Registration Guidelines

Important Notices

  • Please note that the plenary session will be conducted in Korean, English, and French,
    while the parallel thematic workshops will be held in Korean and English during this forum.
  • You may temporarily save your progress during the registration process, but please ensure you click the "Complete" button after filling out the form.
  • Please click on the Registration tab, select the appropriate category that applies to you, and then proceed with the next steps.
  • Once your registration is completed, we will send a confirmation letter to the email address you provided.

Upon completing your registration, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. You can also verify your registration status by visiting ‘My Page’ or by selecting ‘View Registration’ from the dropdown menu under the Registration tab.

In order to request a Letter of Invitation for Visa to attend the UNESCO International Forum on the Futures of Education 2024, you MUST meet one of the following criteria:

  • Have been invited as a speaker at the forum

VISA Application

The visa information provided below is accurate as of August 2024. However, applicable countries may vary depending on the time of application.
Therefore, participants are strongly encouraged to verify their country’s visa requirements in advance to ensure a smooth issuance process.

K-ETA is mandatory for nationals of countries/regions, where visa-free entry is available. Nationals of K-ETA eligible countries should apply for K-ETA through K-ETA website or Mobile App (K-ETA).
*K-ETA approval does not guarantee entry to Korea.
*K-ETA approval will be refused in any case of submitting false or inaccurate information.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommends that all participants obtain travel insurance before traveling to Korea for their convenience and safety.
